Doing Company's cassava flour processing plant technical process:

1. Cleaning and washing cassava to separate the mixed impurities like stems and leafs, stones, roots on cassava tubers surface, and during the washing process, also will remove parts of peel from cassava tubers.

2. Cutting and crushing cassava, this is two-stage crushing process, because cassava tubers is large, one stage crushing is not good effect enough, two-stage design also can lighten machine's pressure, extend machine's life. Its worth to tell you also because the second stage crushing adopt is rasper, so our company's cassava flour processing plant produced cassava flour can get better fineness.

3. Liquid cassava flour through desanding process to remove impurities to get clean cassava flour liquid. Because the washing part just can remove part of cassava peel, so cassava tubers after crushing, its liquid will include the peel granules, through desanding can remove this part of impurities. So don't worry about the cassava flour's quality produced by Doing Company's cassava flour processing plant.

4. Processing the liquid cassava flour to make its moisture under 40%, only after this processing, can get wet cassava flour, then can be send to drying to get final cassava flour products.

5. Drying wet cassava flour to make its moisture 12%-14%, meet market standard then can be packed to sale.

To sum up, from this technical process, the main machines adopted in the cassava flour processing plant include: dry sieve, paddle washer, cutting machine, rasper, desander, plate frame filter press, flash dryer, and various auxiliary equipment.
