Vacuum dewater machine is a mechanical and electrical integrated vacuum filter, which is suitable for filtration machinery with small particle size and not easy to precipitate. The filter material thickness can be over 3mm and it is an automatic filtration machinery with continuous filtration and drying under the action of vacuum. The vacuum dewater machine has the characteristics of automatic control of liquid level and automatic biasing of filter cloth. Vacuum dewater machine is composed of hollow drum and shaft gas system, transmission device, agitating device, engine body and so on. The hollow drum is partially immersed in the slot, and the drum is composed of a number of sectorial cubicles connected in parallel, with a layer of filter media-filter cloth covering the surface. When the drum rotates, because of the vacuum action, the drum is formed the pressure difference  between inside and outside, which causes the starch to adsorb on the filter cloth, the liquid flows through the filter cloth along the vacuum pipe to the air-water separation tank. Due to the continuous vacuum pumping, The starch adsorbed on the drum is dried to form a starch filter cake, and the starch filter cake is removed from the filter cloth by a scraper device, which completes a cycle process and enters the next cycle.
