Part 1: Cleaning and washing machine: This step consists of two cassava starch making machine, that is dry sieve and paddle washing machine. These two machines are usually designed with same speed to ensure raw cassava can be cleaned to the maximum extend and meanwhile they will not be damaged. Dry sieve can basically remove most of stone and big debris, and then cassava washer can wash off other silts and impurities. The capacity can be customized by your request.

Part 2: Cassava crushing machine: This process also requires two cassava starch making machine, a cutter and a rasper. The cassava cutter firstly cut large size cassava into small pieces, which is good for starch extraction and can improve starch output. Rasper is the most advanced cassava grater at present in the market, with a grating efficiency of more than 95%. The starch is basically released from cassava cells.

Part 3: Starch slurry sieving machine: Centrifuge sieve and fine fiber sieve are mainly used cassava starch making machine used in starch and slag separation stage. They adopts countercurrent washing method to fully extract starch in starch pulp and meanwhile remove fiber impurities.

Part 4: Refining machine: There are two cassava starch making machine for choice in this stage, namely disc separator and hydrocyclone station. Hydrocyclone is a more advanced machine which can work continuous and achieve a better starch concentration, refining and recycling effects. Of course, disc separator has large capacity but can not work continuously. For big scale cassava starch production line, they can both be equipped to enlarge equipment handle capacity and meanwhile to reduce the burden on hydrocyclone station.

Part 5: Dewatering and drying machine: The cassava starch making machine involved in this stage includes peeler centrifuge and air flow dryer. Peeler centrifuge is a machine that can automatically control the feeding of starch milk and can automatically discharge dewatered wet cassava cake. The dewatered wet starch is then screwed into flash dryer for drying. Its high efficiency ( just dry cassava within 2 seconds) can greatly improve the efficiency of the whole cassava starch production line.
