Lower configuration line supplied by small factories may use knife crusher and hammer mill to reduce cost, but they cannot crush cassava completely, to cause lower extraction rate and influence yield.

Centrifugal sieve: Centrifugal sieve machine is one of sweet potato starch making machine that we use for separate fiber from starch slurry. The one we are using is horizontal type. The horizontal centrifugal sieve can achieve a high rotation speed, and the starch granules can obtain a longer running trajectory on the sieve surface, and at the same time it can generate a large centrifugal force, thereby realizing the active separation of the starch granules. While some small manufacturers may chose to use vertical centrifugal sieve, which has bad separation effect and is gradually eliminated from market.
