Cassava root -- peeling -- washing -- grating -- dewtering -- milling -- drying -- packing -- storing. Casava washing and peeling section: cassava fully washing is the key point to guarantee the high quality cassava flour production, use the machine for cassava washing and peeling is fast, processing effect is good.

Dewatering: for smaller capacity, we use the hydraulic presser to dewater, with large capacity, we can use the plate frame filter press for high quality cassava flour production.

Milling: After dewatering by filter press, we can get the cassava flour cake, so at this time, we need to mill the cassava flour cake, then it can be transfered for drying process, this also can guarantee the cassava flour drying evenly.

Drying: Dry the disintegrated/sifted cake in flour dryer to reduce moisture level to acceptable level according to national regulatory standards. You also can use the sun drying, mechanical or solar dryer to reduce the moisture, but for high quality cassava flour production, suggest you adopt the professional cassava flour drying machine.

Packaging: Pack desired quantities of cassava flour in polythene bags and/or sacks, seal or stitch as appropriate. This avoids absorption of moisture of the flour from the environment.
