Cassava flour drying mainly includes three ways, that is natural sun drying, room drying method and air flow drying method. Sun drying takes longest time but can save cost for equipment buying, therefore it is suitable for small scale cassava flour drying. Room drying takes up a large space in a plant but is is cheaper than flash dryer, is suitable for medium cassava flour producer. Flash dryer takes only 2 seconds for flour drying and covers only small area, but it is expensive, therefore suitable for large capacity cassava flour processing.
